Foods that help in controlling weight

Weight control is major concern these days. Sugar craving and curbing appetite is on top priority these days.



Add the following to your grocery list to help you with this :

1. Egg : Rich in protein content, keeps you full. Have egg white for breakfast, you will crave less for snacks for long time.
2. Nuts : These come handy between meals. This can be used as a munching material, adds on health and does not contribute to weight gain.
3. Fruits and salads : Well good for skin and hair health. It makes you full when consumed and prevents craving for snacks.
4. Green Tea : It is high in anti oxindants.  Anti oxidants help in burning fat, reduces body mass index(BMI). It also reduced LDL cholestrol which contributes towards weight gain.
5. Water : Water helps in burning fat.



Above all these have a fixed time table to eat. This will be of greater help.
